Return Policy

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
  • Item must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective items are eligible for a full refund regardless of condition
  • Gift sets are eligible for return if unopened

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@pixydustseasoning.com with your order number
  2. Include a brief description of the issue
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps
  4. Ship the item back using the label we provide

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrived damaged, please photograph the packaging and product before opening anything further and email us at support@pixydustseasoning.com. We will send a replacement at no charge.
